In-home dog trainer, Irvine California
Obey My Commands brings the training to you. Board and training, puppy programs, and private lessons at your home, at Sal’s, or out in public. Real manners, real leash skills, real help for reactive dogs.
Programs
Three ways to work with Sal. Every program ends with a go-home session and follow-up support, so the training sticks after he leaves.
For dogs that need more guidance, more time, or have challenging behaviors weekly sessions cannot fix. Your dog stays and trains at Sal’s home, learning core commands, sit, down, stay, recall, and leash walking, plus work on behavioral challenges that carries into public settings. Two, three, and four week programs. E-collar training is an option and is discussed before boarding.
Your puppy lives with Sal for two to three weeks and learns the fundamentals: crate training, potty training, and leash walking, while being properly socialized to the outside world. Puppies meet suitable dogs and new people, with confidence building and obedience work at the right pace.
One-on-one sessions for owners who are dedicated and know what their dog needs, but are short on time and know-how. Basic obedience, behavioral modification, leash walking, and more, for puppies and dogs of all ages. Sessions are booked case by case.

Your trainer
Salih Namik, everyone calls him Sal, is the owner and head trainer of Obey My Commands. It started with his first dog, Maple, a Belgian Malinois he wanted obedient and well behaved at all times. He trained her himself, fell in love with the work, and never looked back.
He has spent countless hours teaching dogs manners and studying behavior, with a focus on aggressiveness and rehabilitating shy, scared, and reactive dogs. His goal is simple: a world with better behaved dogs.
